5By Wicked slipperI’m not sure if I liked this book or not despite giving it five stars - it is well written. All the characters, setting, and occurrences seem possible and real. What I didn’t like was that the main character feels so melancholy and as the reader, I did too. I prefer happier endings.The Doctor’s wife
4By QuiltingrnThe story was very well written until Amelia reaches New Orleans ; at that point the story becomes one that you know the ending, aka; or can guess it. At least we have closure with Hans and Dr. Stein. Wish the story could have ended another way.Ok
2By Doane2WAAY too long! It could have been so much better without a lot of prices in the book. Plus it’s a cliffhanger but by then 🤷♀️
