I thoroughly enjoyed this latest installment in the Spy series. I wish I had re-read number 6 prior to reading this one as there were several references to the previous book and I wish I had the images fresher in my mind as I read this one. You definitely want to read this series in order in order to fully enjoy the character development. I did miss more interaction with the denizens of the town in this one. I was also hoping to see more empowerment in Ayden…I felt in the last book she had really moved in that direction but this one seemed a little "two steps back". Overall though I really enjoyed this book and I look forward to the 8th installment in the series
