The story didn’t have as much to it as the first few books. I’ll keep reading more and hopefully it gets better!Skipped right through the end

Then flew right through the wedding in a short epilogue when them getting married was mentioned more than anything else in the book! 4By DunnlandI’m reading the JJ Graves series. I love the books and how well the stories flow so smoothly. The characters are wonderful and very believable. My only complaint is about the editing. There are a lot of mistakes that sometime effect the story and make certain scenes confusing. Like when “he” should be a “she” to give an example or in some places even missing a word all together. Reading this series is an excellent way to spend your time!!!!Absolutely Dissapointing

I am the type of reader to be a fan for life but after this book, there's no reason to continue this series. I'm genuinely disappointed at the lack of creativity and thought put into the book. Two thumbs down.Disappointed

The ending was rushed and there are so many unanswered questions that I can't help but to feel a little gypped. I'm not sure if I will continue on with this series. Total disappointment because I love the characters and really wanted to see what married life was going to be like for them.Glued

I was addicted to the characters and what was going to happen next. I would love to see more of these! 2By LB24It's probably not fair to write a negative review on this book when I did not write a positive review on the others, which were pretty good. This just seemed like a lazy effort: short, most of the story was about the wedding and not the case and the conclusion was wrapped up in a page and a half. I expected more. After this, hopefully the JJ Graves series will be retired because it seems it's tiring to the author. On a positive note, the first three books in the series were all page turners.Jj graves.

I read the JJ Graves books in just a few days because they were so good I couldn't put them down. My only hope is that there will be another book that has JJ reflect on her wedding to provide more details and close things up with her father. This can't be the last book! That would be the biggest disappointment. It was a good read and I'll read these four books again.Dirty little secrets

1By mkm134I have read all the J.J. Graves books religiously. They're the perfect balance of crime, suspense and romance. The ball was definitely dropped here. It was rushed at the end which almost seems like a waste of a book. This relationship has been building up over three books and just when we finally see them getting together for their happy ending it's over in two pages. What happened is the only way to describe this book. I really hope she does another one ASAP bc I'm severely disappointed with this one!
