A former sex slave finds pleasure, solace, and love in this historical erotic romance series opener by the New York Times bestselling author.

At Madame Helene's exclusive House of Pleasure in London, all guests are welcome to explore beyond their inhibitions . . .

Ten years as a sex slave in a Turkish brothel left Lord Valentin Sokorvsky with an insatiable appetite for sex. Now the time has come for him to marry, but finding a woman who can satisfy his lustful desires proves a challenge . . . until he meets Sara. All he can think about is having her lie under his rock-hard body, begging him to taste and touch her . . .

Sara Harrison knows she should be shocked and scandalized by Lord Sokorvsky's bold advances, but instead she is secretly aroused by this sensual, seductive man. For beneath her calm and composed manner is a wanton woman who longs for a man's intimate caress. She is most willing to be educated in the art of sensuality, to receive and give pleasure and to succumb to the wild desire that knows no limits . . .

“This book has something for everyone: hot sex scenes, a sexy hero with a tragic past, a smart and compassionate heroine, intrigue, danger and Regency London at its most decadent!” —RT Book Reviews

“One of the most arousing and enigmatic historical novels I have read this year. I hate that it ended and have since gone back and reread certain scenes. Simply Sexual is happily ensconced on my keeper shelf!” —Romance Junkies

Who really knows at the beginning of a book, how it will affect you and how it will turn out. I found many surprises and felt sadness throughout Kate’s novel. I loved the three main characters and how they became to be friends and lovers. Love, forgiveness and acceptance was the touching lesson in this story. Thank you Kate for putting pen to paper and sharing this moving story.

It was a fine as a book about sex, way more like pornography. No romance. At all. But when the bisexual thing started it was a no for me. No,judgement if that’s your thing then this is a good book for you. It’s just not my thing.

This book was all about debauched, dirty sex. There was absolutely no love or romance in this story at all, despite how much the author wants you to believe it.
