5By A mom, wife, & coachI travel with this book & re-read many of the chapters & I always pick up something new that inspires me to be a better mom, wife, coach, daughter, & friend. I love the messages of being more transformational! Transformational doesn't mean being "soft" or too easy...you can be demanding without being demeaning in sport, in business, & in your life! Pick up this book & get on board to having a happier & more fulfilled life.So much good stuff in here.
5By StretchNGoExcellent read for coaches, athletes, and parents too, but you can take the underlying principles and make good use of them anywhere. Focus on the controllables and get on the (difficult) path to excellence by consistently doing the little things well and serving other people. Stop being used by sports and use your sport to challenge yourself and grow! Joshua and Jamie see things from a different perspective, and you'd do well to learn how and why.Practical & Applicable

5By Lute CroyAfter spending the greater of my life in the ultra-competitive environment that usually accompanies athletics, this book is a breath of fresh air. The guys at "Train to be Clutch" have put together something really special by taking the focus off of "winning" and putting it back where it belongs, on "the process." I only wish someone would have shared this information with me while I was still competing as an athlete or, at the very least, before I started coaching. Whether you are a student, an athlete, a teacher, a coach, a parent, or a businessman, there is something in this book that can improve your life. Put "first things first!"Very Valuable Book

If every individual could get their hands on this book than our society would be vastly changed for the better! Finally a 21st century approach to excellence
5By BDinATLThis book should replace whatever is on the top of your reading list. I've read several books and listened to several "experts" on the subject. No one made me rethink everything while also providing solutions like BYG. This AD and father of 4 gives it my highest recommendation.Burn Your Goals
