I’m a teen girl who LOVES love stories but hates the cussing and inappropriate content in them. But this book has none of that, it’s a great read and I never lost interest. You really get sucked into the book and can’t stop reading. It’s a pretty short book so for me it was a pretty short read but I liked it a lot. Can’t wait to read book 2!

I could only read part of it. There are literary mistakes that make it a bit annoying to read. It doesn’t flow very well but it isn’t horrible. There isn’t any cussing and the overall story(that I read for free) was interesting, which was appreciated. If you are okay with purchasing this book, maybe the rest in the series and with writing errors then you will likely enjoy this book,

Great book and storyline. There were some errors in spelling and grammar. Starts slow and gradually gets better.

Hate a book that you have to buy the next one to find out how it ends. Would never have started this book had I known. Will not buy the next one.

The flow of the book was excellent. I was surprised to look down an find only 30 pages left. I could relate in a small way to this story because my young dating life also started out with a crazy, alcoholic lunatic with a violent bent. I’m so happy to have escaped and thrilled that Julie did too. God watches over the righteous and answers their cries for help!

I loved the story line and the twist at the end. It wasn’t your typical romance novel and I can’t wait to read the next one.

This book was an easy to understand, yet captivating. The way that the sweet author uses imagery is gold, the descriptive words paint the most realistic picture of what is going on. And as someone just getting out of a similar situation to Julie in a controlling relationship, this book is a reminder that there is light on the other side. You’ll want to read this one!

This novel was very captivating and endearing. The Chapter based cliff hangers made ceasing to read difficult. I enjoyed this heartfelt book and wish the 2nd part of the series was free.
