Protestantism

Protestantism is founded upon the premise that both the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church are false churches lost in heresy which lead people to perdition.  If either one of those churches is God's True Church there would be no reason for any Protestant churches to exist.

Suppose every Protestant church leads people to perdition...

Or suppose some Protestant churches lead people to Heaven...

But if lots and lots of Protestant churches are lost in heresy and lead people to perdition...

Powerful emotions drive Protestans to reason as follows: Ma and pa were members of our Protestant church, and since we believe that our Protestant church has led our dearly departed friends and family members to Heaven, then this is what we are going to believe! We're not interested in hearing any opinions saying our Protestant church is a false church which leads people to perdition! We only want to hear that our Protestant church leads people to Heaven!

Merely because you want a church to be God's True Church doesn't prove it is God's True Church!

If Christianity is the True Faith, as we Christians insist, then there's the standard Christian info to be mindful of: 

Repent so that you can escape eternal perdition.

The DEVIL is trying to lead you to Hell with SATANIC LIES. See 1 Peter 5. 8.

Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft- 1 Samuel 15. 23.

You get tossed into a lake of fire if your name is not found written in the Book of Life, recall Revelation 20. 12-15.

Churches lose $$$ when they excommunicate people. But churches violate 1 Cor 11. 27-29 - AND THEREFORE THEY BECOME FALSE CHURCHES - THEY BECOME CHURCHES WHICH DRAG PEOPLE DOWN TO ETERNAL PERDITION - when they trample on 1 Cor 11. 27-29, by taking the $$$ and refusing to excommunicate the people who must be excommunicated.

Some say you need only profess John 3. 16 and then you are saved, then you are a saint bound for Heaven!

But paying lip service to John 3. 16 doesn't prove your faith is legit.

The New Testament is filled with scriptures which say that your faith is bogus if you don't have good works. 

James 2. 17 - faith without works is dead.  Luke 13. 3 - Repent or Perish. 1 John 5. 2 - you must obey the Commandments to love God.  Those who love Christ keep His words and those who don't love Christ don't keep His words - John 14. 23-26.  Hellfire for those who don't know God and who do not obey the Gospel of Jesus Christ - 2 Thess 1. 8.

Even an angel from Heaven is accursed if he alters St. Paul's doctrines which he learned directly from Christ - Galatians 1. 8-12.

Lots of Christians ignore 1 Cor 5. 11-13, 1 Cor 6. 9-10...

Again, 1 Cor 11. 27-29 says you drink damnation into your soul if you celebrate Holy Communion in an unworthy manner. Don't partake with people who openly push Anti-Christian things!

No end of churches give the bread and the wine to pro-choicers, Sabbath violators, LGBT heretics etc. 

James 1. 26 says your religion is useless if you don't bridle your tongue.  If your religion is useless then it won't deliver you to Heaven.

2 Thess 2 says the Antichrist shows up prior to the Second Coming of Christ.

Revelation 14. 6-11 says 3 angels from Heaven will show up.

If an angel shows up and says Protestant Church X and only Protestant Church X is God's True Church which leads people to Heaven, then, if that angel is telling a lie, if he is leading people to perdition, then he must be an angel from Hell, assuming he never repents.

But if that angel is speaking the truth, then he must be an angel from Heaven, assuming he never slips into heresy.

So, unless you know how to identify God's True Church with 100% accuracy you might not be able to determine if an angel is an angel from Heaven or an angel from Hell.
