Description

Sadistic smugglers. Hacked cars. The ultimate revenge.

Nonverbal communications expert Doctor Genevieve Lenard and her team have spent the last year tracking Marcus Gallo, a disgraced Brazilian business tycoon and ruthless killer. Then a hacked car transporting artwork brings a teammate’s past back to distract and haunt them all.

When Gallo appears on Genevieve’s doorstep, carrying knowledge of a threat to a top-secret and strategic international event, she faces the challenge of finding the connection between the car hackings, her friend’s past and Gallo’s arrival.

With only seventy-two hours to prevent a disaster that could eclipse recent terror events, Genevieve has to put aside her growing concern for her friends and put her single-minded focus into uncovering Gallo’s true plan.

  • Not so great

I loved all the previous books, but found this one dull and rather silly.
  • Better and better

I have really enjoyed these books. The mystery and suspense is good. The growth of the team is also good. Each book has given incite into one of the charaters and I almost always find the end satisfying. What really makes these books as a whole great reading that I come back to is the character development. The team dynamics are wonderful but each book shows new layers into each person. As we find out about their pasts, we seem them grow and make new connections. Start at the beginning, you won’t be board for a moment.
  • Another excellent thriller

I'm not sure if I most enjoy the suspense in the books in this series or the excellent character development and the relationships between the members of the team. Whichever you find most enjoyable, this book does not disappoint in either category. Another must have installment in this series. I've read them all and strongly suggest you read them in order. You'll be glad you did!
