5By tarasmithhhhThis book was nothing like I expected it to be, but it was excellent. I got whiplash from the emotional switches every other minute. The book really kept me on my toes in general. Dane is such an ambiguous character and catered to the more… rough and hidden kinks for me personally. However, I do believe “Grind” needs a TW for sure. The scenes are almost too vivid of Irina’s assaults. It’s enough to make your stomach twist, but maybe that was the intention. Either way, it was a good book. A+Couldn’t put this one down!

3By Shy477As much as I took a chance purchasing and finally finished all three Alpha Male Escort series, this particular story didn’t really intrigued me like it did Thrust and Rough. I did enjoyed the brief and exciting cameos with Andre, Talon, Neil and Talon interacting with Dane. I don’t know I guess Dane and Irina’s didn’t really appeal to me as much. It had the usual steamy sexual tension between them and the gradual transition from that push/pull sexual tensions to an immediate love connection in the end. I gotta say Alex Vega unknowingly matched his former clients Sienna with Jared and Irina with Dane?!?Grind

I was introduced to Dane I believe in one do the body guard series or Andres book I’m not sure which I read out of rider and I was intrigued by him. Glad he got his shoot endingHighly recommended
5By AnaxkolasiWe first met Irina in Thrust, she was a client of Alex’s and when she left her husband, Alex set her up at Dane’s house because Dane was out of town. When Dane comes home early he finds her still in residence. Irina has had a very hard life, her mother is a real piece of work and her husband is a psycho who Dane vows to rescue her from. I love Dane, and his dog Hunter is great. This book has a lot more intrigue then the other two in this series and it is my fovorite of the three. I love all of the books I have read by Sybil Bartel. We get to see quite a bit of André and a couple of other cameos from the Uncompromising series as well.Love Dane
