I started this series thinking I wouldn’t enjoy it. I thought these were just sex crazed mindless beasts she created to live out a sex dungeon fantasy and I would not have been more wrong. She tore my heartstrings from my chest and made me feel bare. That’s a tough feat, dear author. You now have my unwavering support in all the adventures you choose to write, no matter how many annoying grammar mistakes exist.

Lucian and Lena’s story really starts getting good in this book. Loved the book but I don’t like having it end on a cliffhanger again. I don’t have to wait on three or four books to finish a story.

My heart broke and reformed. Amelia Hutchins is a queen at bringing you into the worlds she creates and making you feel everything her characters are going through. This is a rare gift and she wields it masterfully.

This book.... whew Amelia you twisted my heart and had me on the edge of my seat the ENTIRE book. Please for the love of all things unholy give Spyder his chance to shine. He’s begging to be brought to the frontlines in his own book.

My favorite story line in this fae universe. The only thing I don’t like is the rape like activities that are encouraged. I just don’t think anything like that should be considered sexy or erotic. Lena was forced on many occasions into sexual activities she didn’t consent to. I guess you could say she eventually says yes but that’s not the point. Other then that I loved the book. The ending was awesome!

I’m reading through this whole universe now and Lucian and Lena are my favorite story line by far. So excited for the next book!

This is a must read book!

This Trilogy is just sooo well written- rarely have I read a (3) part Saga that I have enjoyed so much. I will recommend this story and author to many, they are that exceptional. Now on to the FINALE! JB

Love this series! Strong characters, dialogue and story line. I’m very impressed with Amelia’s books and this sequel was fantastic.

I’m so invested in Lena and Lucians relationship it’s not even funny, like I need more and I don’t care how I get it! Ugh!

Disapontered great author lena and luchian. are a different couple with hate and love i would just say get it. and the other books.

Amelia does it again! Takes us on an adventure with an ending that takes your breath away. I went through so many emotions reading Sleeping With Monsters, wishing for different outcomes, but knowing that she writes like this with good reason. If you are looking for an escape, Amelia Hutchins is your way out!

Amelia killed it again! This sequel to Playing With Monsters took me on an emotional rollercoaster. I just finished reading it last night and I’m still in shock!!! No words Amelia just wow... You did it again Amelia Hutchins! I was captivated and could not put the book down...my aching heart. I really enjoyed Lena's rediscovery of herself and growth as a character. I loved glimpse into Lucian's past, it was dark, twisted and insightful. Absolutely LOVED HOW Amelia intertwines characters from The Fae Chronicles in this book shedding a different light on them - setting it up for the continuation of the Monsters/Elite Guard/Fae Chronicles!!! Love them all and can’t wait for more!! Check out the entire sereis.

This is a must read! Def a roller coaster of emotions but it's totally worth it!!! But make sure you read them in the order the author provides
