The Boyfriend Sessions

After page 1,891 I was so furious and frustrated, I decided I didn’t want to read anymore. I was so attached to the main love interest being with Christa, that my heart broke a little after reading the page. I was mad that I came to read this for the fairytale, that rarely happens in the every day life, and it wasn’t going the way I’d hoped. I didn’t want to fathom the idea of it not ending the way I wished it did. So after I simmered a few days and remember real love has its ups and downs too, I picked it back up. I have never been so happy that I’ve change my mind, in my entire life. Every emotion being portrayed throughout the book, went straight to my heart. As if I was actually there for it all. The amount of detail and build up written, made this such a good read. The conflict and the anticipation of wondering what was going to happen next, made it all feel real. Even though it was an emotional roller coaster, it was an ecstatically good book. Big props to the writer for making me fall in love with all the main characters and their own individual stories. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking. I look forward to reading more from this author!

Thought PG, but one rated R scene. Still VERY enjoyable, fun read. Not offensive or too erotic. Will read more of her books.

I loved the characters and how the story flows. I felt like I was there with the characters.

It’s written from the heroine’s perspective and I hate extended use of that style of writing. I prefer stories written from the perspective of an all-knowing third party.

I took every loop, dip, and climb with Christa and I’m still crying. This is one book and characters I won’t soon forget.

Reads like a young adult novel. Everybody is best friends even though they are so different. Every friend has a different color hair . . .Main character always stunned someone is interested in her, even though men are falling at her feet. Only read the first few chapters but it was very predictable.

First time reading this author, but won’t be the last. A really great read, well written, good story line, clean sex but hot, and interesting characters. I really enjoyed this book !

Brilliantly written!! Consistent, well-developed characters, heart felt friends, and fabulous scenes. Christa really learned about herself and a guy didn’t save her. It was messy and painful and wonderful and so perfect!! I want to read them all!!!!
