5By GloreebeeThis was an awesome second chance story about Andrew Weston and Jill Walsh. Both previously heartbroken by prior relationships are weary of each other. Can these two find what is missing? This is well done with interesting characters, drama, suspense with twists and turns. It’s a page turner til the very end. Kudos Lori! 5By BshksuhwbThis is such a fantastic book, I devoured it in a day. Loved the connection Jill and Andrew still have. He had a crush on her when he was 15 and she was 18. Can he be her rebound guy? He’s not ready for a relationship, I had tears over what happened with his ex- fiancée and his parents too. I also stayed on edge, there’s also a stalker. Thankfully there’s a very happy ever after. I purchased the short version years ago titled Penalty Clause, Sutton Capital series. Was great then and greater now in the extended version! Andrew Weston has been drawn to Jill Walsh for sometime but after what her ex husband did to her he knows she only wants a “no strings” rebound fling. He wants it all!! So he set out to find a way to get Jill to marry him and has her sign a “penalty clause” agreement...if he walks away he loses everything... Can he show her that they are meant to be together forever and he won’t be walking away...ever??Fantastic story

Then when he’s out in the world he got burnt by his fiancée. He goes to help his grandmothers to help after her surgery. Jill just got a divorce after her husband just up and leaves her so now she doesn’t believe in love. He and Jill run into each other again and even though he doesn’t think loves for him they decide on a friends with benefits. But secretly that find themselves falling for each other but aren’t going to admit it. Will they chance saying and falling for each other? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
