LESSONS IN ACQUISITIONS AND LEADERSHIP A MODERN PERSPECTIVE ON MACHIAVELLI S THE PRINCE

I finished work in 2016 through job done and ill health. We all have a book in us. I was a senior exec. that developed the largest aggregate company in the world and then the same with a stainless steel company. But then a diverse family owned conglomerate. I had hands on experience of every business disciplene but the ones I really loved were acquiistion, leadership, and competence. They were competitive advantage. The Prince is 26 chapters of which half is acquisition and half is leadership but with external affairs and competence underpinning them. I have lived everyone of these chapters. They are interorprable and interactive. They are real today. Covid 19, Brexit (UK), Afganastan all would have been different with the Prince.
