4By Samantha B. SokolWhat a different read from this author! I wish I would’ve read the first book in this series because I feel like it would have familiarized me with Leif and his personality. The book starts with Anna waking up from being in a coma for months, and slowly getting her memory back and realizing her life isn’t what it previously was. Leif was the person who found Anna and stayed with her after saving her, and when Anna finds out his role in the accident, she somewhat latches onto him because she feels a strong pull and connection. While they initially fight their relationship, they finally give into the feelings that have been budding, especially when it helps both of them to heal from their past and the pain prior to the accident. This was a cute read, and per usual, I love Kylie’s style of writing. I can’t wait to see what comes next and I definitely will be going back to read the first installment in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.So Very Lovely

For Anna, it means waking from a coma after seven months to find her life turned upside down from betrayal of the worst kind. For Leif it means slowly working his way back to work after treatment and physical therapy. But these two disparate types have a bond forged from the accident and something “else” that could mean a whole lot “more.” This was a wonderful meshing of multilayered characters and life altering events. Anna discovers just how strong she really is and Leif is just too lovely for words!Highly recommended

5By Ruth M373I loved Anna and Leif! Anna is coming out of a coma. Leif was hit on his motorcycle by Anna as a result of her being hit. He reads to her while she is in the coma. He is totally swoon worthy like his brother Ed! Her husband, Ryan, cheated on her while she was in a coma with her best friend. Leif is not her normal type. He is tattooed and rides a motorcycle. I admired her spunk in standing up to what is in her comfort zone and truly coming into her own. Loved Andi Arndt’s narration!Loved it! Great read!

I have to say this can totally be read as a standalone without any issues, however, Repeat is probably my top favorite second chance romance ever. I loved it and have read and listened to it repeatedly and highly recommend it. In Pause, we get Leif’s story and I loved it! Leif has a big heart and is all kinds of fun, sexy and charming. Anna thought she had it all, until she didn’t. Now she is just trying to find her new normal. I absolutely loved their journey so much. This was a friends to lovers slow burn romance that captivated right from the start. The story is unique and takes us on a journey of rediscovery and second chances. Together, Leif and Anna, were amazing and I loved getting lost in their story. Happy reading!Finding happiness
5By RyatskoI really enjoyed Paused. It was unexpected, interesting, and intriguing. It was like a second chance, of happiness, finding yourself, when your life doesn’t go accordingly to your plan, making you follow a different path.
