The Magnificent Homes And Gardens Of Myrtle Beach

I know, I just know, you’ve been to Myrtle Beach so many times before and what more is there to say?

Well, there is actually much more to say, especially from two vintage global travelers who have been much of the “Lower Forty-Eight”, and  also Alaska and Hawaii, Western Europe, the Mediterranean, the Russian Federation and Turkey, and even Iceland and Japan.

You may well insist that Myrtle Beach is simply fun in the sun, lovely ladies basking in cool brisk air, sand in your teeth and superb beach cuisine to be had for a price.

That not withstanding, when is the last time you discovered silver fronds of Spanish Moss hanging gracefully from centuries-old Live Oak trees as seen to the right? There are many in the area, but visitors must head south to Georgetown County to experience them.

Returning to the subject to food, it is reasonable to expect paying at least double the cost of the equivalent where you hail from. I indeed said AT LEAST DOUBLE, but we’re going to beat the odds, cruising up and down US 17, finding simply the best cuisine at a more affordable price.
