Description

What are these tasty critters? In North Carolina, we call them crayfish, or more popularly, “crawdads.” In Cajun Country, the folks down here call them “Louisiana Shrimp.” The Mississippi and its delta are overflowing with them. Together with “Cajun Music,” they are the two things that set New Orleans apart from all the rest.
A mighty awesome battle happened just outside the city and it made Andy "By God" Jackson a national hero. I'll tell you all bout it.
I also think that there are many other things that make New Orleans great, including fine music, particularly Jazz. Residents perform it all day long on Bourbon Street and it doesn’t just stop when the sun goes down, it continues after “the sun goes down and comes back up the next morning.”
No one can travel to New Orleans without spending time in the French Quarter, whose ornate buildings remind visitors that New Orleans was French long before it became American.  Talk about the world’s biggest party town and you’re talking about New Orleans, whose bars and restaurants indeed never seem to close. It’s simply a matter of how much a man or woman can put away and still make it back to the hotel room.
How about concluding with a trip up the Mississippi on The Natchez?
