Description
When you get up in the morning, the last thing you expect to see is a murdered guy hanging outside your window. Things like that tend to draw the attention of the local police, and when you're squatting in your parents' old house until you can afford to buy it, another thing you can't afford is the attention of the cops.
Oh yeah. Hi. My name is Pet. It's not my real name, but it's the only one you're getting. Things like names are important these days.
And it's not so much that I'm Pet. I am a pet. A human pet: I belong to the two Behindkind fae and the pouty vampire who just moved into my house. It's not weird, I promise—well, it is weird, yeah. But it's not weird weird, you know?

4By HappyToReadAllDayReally good book, great spin on fantasy and vampires and all that. Would have been five if it hadn’t ended so rushedBetween Jobs
4By camieoct15Loved this story! At first I couldn’t understand the story but decided to keep reading and I’m glad I did! I had to keep reminding myself that Pet was still young because she was always opening her mouth. By the end I liked all the vamps & faes and wished the story would continue. 8 9 2024 Camie12Quite a lot between the pages
5By Smcirish59This book caught me by surprise in every imaginative way. A Korean speaking vampire, speaking terse Korean throughout the story. Yet, you feel like he is familiar and that you know him by the end of the story. A young lady who is brave enough to antagonize him and disarming enough to coexist with him without becoming a meal. Two fae, who are familiar with each other, but not necessarily friends engaged in solving a serial murder. A serial murder bridging three realities and years. All four of whom become a team. Zero at the lead with JinYeoung and Athelas at his disposal. The young lady becoming their pet! Let the games begin-it is a page turner for sure.Outstanding
