I have never read the book and so when I found out it was offered free on this app, I was like umm reading it now. I’m not going to lie, I was a little disappointed that the movie and book are very different. I know that movies are longer so they have time to fill and add things, and let’s be honest, movies tend to change things. While reading, I was even skeptical that I might not like it. But after finishing it and thinking about it, I enjoyed the book because it is different than the movie. Definitely recommend reading it even if you’ve watched the movie!Beautiful

5By Allym02I must say before I start this, I am not a romance novel person (normally), but once I read this book it all changed. The sense of tragedy in the love story makes one very emotional, there are many emotions that go through your mind while reading, which is something not all books can do. Allie and Noah’s love story starts out somewhat confusing as you don’t know the whole story from beginning to end yet, giving it that hook that makes you want to read more. The storyline just grows throughout the book, adding the emotion and suspense of what Allie will do next, or what Noah is thinking at the moment, and vice versa. The book makes you laugh, cry, be happy, sad, etc; I definitely recommend reading this book, it’s one of my all time favorite books as well as the movie.Favorite Nicholas Sparks Book!

5By brianne0741Nicholas Sparks has to be one of my all time favorite authors. I love how his books make you laugh, cry, and even get upset with the characters. The Notebook is a must read, even after watching the movie. I love the characters in this story and cannot even imagine having to make some of the decision they went through in the book. Also the heartache he must feel everyday. This is definitely a must read book!
