The backdrop of Gabriel Allon's non official cover as an art restorer engaging in very "black" clandestine operations is unique and makes for a compelling backdrop to his complex and highly readable stories! I'm looking forward to reading Silva's next book, "The Heist" coming out in July, 2014.The Rembrandt Affair

I am only an average student of current affairs but I was fairly familiar with topics that the author tells us he spent so much time researching. Listen up IRS, the travel and stays at four and five star hotels was necessary to paint a vivid picture and tax deductible.Another great story
