5By ShrrwlcxDaniel Silva is a mastermind at creating an espionage novel that you can’t put down! An incredible amount of research and time was invested in this incredible book.Easy reading, exciting and enjoyable. Outcome however was weak, not believable

2By almen2How many times we have to read about a beautiful intelligent woman put in harms way and miraculously saved? This plot line is getting very tired. I am sure the series is very profitable and there is no desire to kill it, but is suffering from consumption of the imagination and in slow death mode.Exciting & fascinating Read!
5By Sundevil66As a former US case officer, I'm continually surprised at Daniel Silva's expertise in real world espionage trade craft. The backdrop of Gabriel Allon's non official cover as an art restorer engaging in very "black" clandestine operations is unique and makes for a compelling backdrop to his complex and highly readable stories! I'm looking forward to reading Silva's next book, "The Heist" coming out in July, 2014.The Rembrandt Affair
5By Bud.GIt's always nice when the good guys are very clever and win against the odds, but it's the author's insights the bring the rating to five stars.Loved it!
