2By camdagr8I'm not sure Colfer even wrote this story because it's nothing like the smart and exciting works he's done previously with Artemis. I hate when writers pull crap like this. A filler book to say the least and not very good.Great read!

The book is still absolutely brilliant, and easily worth 5-Stars, but I'll give it 4.5/5 because I read it immediately after The Time Paradox and it didn't quite measure up.Xcross21

I love the series and the amzing characters colfer has created. Truly, one of the best reads. HOWEVER this book was a dissappointment compared the other books of the series, i dont know if its just me but i didnt enjoy this story as much as the other artemis fowl adventures.Iffy
