All I Want

True it's very sad and some of the characters are beyond despicable but it is the best book I've read in years.

My name is Jackie Thomas, I'm a African American from Manassas, Va US. I hv read all of your books and hv found them most entertaining. I can not wait for the next. My husband has been a bit jealous of my distraction, I guess of all the reading in the past weeks but I just couldn't put the books down I had to know what was going to happen next. Your story line is so interesting and I'm 51yrs old I hvnt read like this in yrs. Pls hurry and finish the next book. Though this book is short it is a truly romantic love story and was very good to read.

My only issue is that this short story was just that...a very short story. I have read Shayne's other 4 books and LOVED each of them...the characters are wonderful, and not so many that it is hard to keep track of who is who. I have recommended the 4 books to friends. Again, my only sorrow, is that there is not more of them. I don't read a lot, but I could not stop reading the first, which left me angry, then onto the next 3. Please write continuations or develop new characters of that period...farmers in New Zealand around the turn of the 20th century.
