Romantic Comedy Romp
4By coppernodAttachments by Rainbow Rowell is a charming romp between two friends who work at a newspaper and their emails to one another and narration by the company IT “spy” who falls in love with one of them. They are all savvy and articulate so the reader does wonder why they are so socially awkward but—alas!—one of the protagonists turns out to be a liberated woman after all . . . or does she? Guess you’ll have to read it to find out.4.5 LOVED!!
4By Sapphire1864I could not put this book down!!! I LOVED IT! This is the first Rainbow Rowell book I have read and it will not be the last. I knocked off half a star because the ending of the book felt a little rushed to me and not as well planned as some other details in the story. I feel like this could have been played out a little bit more. But all in all this is now one of my favorite books! Just loved it!Captivating

4By CASEYYM15Mmkkk I don’t know what kind of Steele/titanium guts this girl has but I’m pretty sure if some really big buff dude just left a note on my desk and was like “ hey, by the way I read your emails and I think I’m in love with you....Sorry bout it..” I wouldn’t be like “ OH THATS HOT” I’d be like dad there’s a creepy guy stalking me, go get your belt and kabob skewer.” Despite this small inconvenience I did in fact enjoy the book, I liked that there wasn’t as much cheesiness to it like other romcom books, I mean eww like cheesy makes me wheezy.A very different novel

I probably looked like a loon laughing out loud and reading lines out loud to no one. She’s brilliant and I wish there was a sequel.Attachments

I found it a special and refreshingly different story that I was sorry to finish. Loved the characters and the fact they were so easy to identify with. Kudos to this author !A "Grabs You and You Never Want To Let Go" kind of book.

This one belongs in the full priced paid section and my cheap self would absolutely buy it. Amazing character development, full of laugh out loud moments, and you end the book feeling happy but depressed because you will miss the characters so much. 😜Highly recommend!Smart sweet and funny

5By Snoopy819I usually am not a big fan of love stories and any type of thing like that. However, Rainbow makes the characters feel so alive as if they are a part of you're own life. I've read Fangirl, and Eleanor&Park also, and I find the books (mostly love stories which I don't like) keep having that same effect on me. I actually even cried a little at the end of Attachments. This book is a MUST READ, as are all of her books.Good read, great time

5By Aimee1218This book is so good that I had to rave about it even though I'm still halfway through the book. When first reading the synopsis I thought it may be unrelatable. But i was wrong. Its totally relatable. The email back and forth between Jennifer and Beth really make me laugh because it sounds like conversations I would have with my best friend! Ahhh i cant wait to finish the book already. Pick this up you will not be disappointed!Cute and more relatable
