Lessa is an outcast survivor—her parents murdered, her birthright stolen—a strong young woman who has never stopped dreaming of revenge. But when an ancient threat to Pern reemerges, Lessa will rise—upon the back of a great dragon with whom she shares a telepathic bond more intimate than any human connection. Together, dragon and rider will fly . . . and Pern will be changed forever.

This is just a short preview
1By SfjohnnoIt should have been free. It’s only part of the first chapter.Dragonflight
1By frodobeanThis book is boring. I tried to get interested in it but I just couldn’t.Dragonflight
5By LdarkfrostFrom the first moment I picked up this book as a teen I could not put it down. Very imaginative with a scientific twist, and there are many books in the series to look forward to after reading this one. A rich, fully imagined world.Dragonflight
1By studio003Do not recommend. Love dragons, after reading the Paolini, “Inheritance Cycle”, was looking for another fantasy dragon book. This does not even come close to Paolini’s amazing books. No character development, simplistic writing, misogynistic, full of strange names. Ugh!Dragon flight
