Amazing
5By annagirl57Though some people are giving the book a low rating because their favorite character died (or didn't die) that is no reason to give a fabulous book like this a low rating. The book was very well written! Had a lot of twists in the plot line, kept the reader thinking, and (if you've read the other two) you will absolutely fall head over heels for at least ONE of the characters. I give her such props for how well she did the character development! My favorite character died, but I still thought it was an absolutely amazing book!! Definitely worth the read!!!!! (And she had great action scenes which can be hard to do in a book). It was ok
1By Lilywolf98I own these books and am very disappointed. I wouldn't really recommend it to others. I dislike shay with a passion that cannot be met by any others. I cried for hours after the ending and it ruined the whole experience for me. The fact that Ren was killed off really upsets me. Hope you're happy.how could you?!!!
2By Råchåelyou hulled my fav.character! I hate shay and I still hate him. he ruined the book for me. it should be Ren and Calla NOT shay and CallaGreat books!!!
5By OliviaLiloI loved all 3 books! They were well written & original!!! Thank you for sharing it with us!Loved but I hate Shay
5By Cocoloco25I am so pleased with this book and love nightshade and it has taken a part of my mind with it all the way through the series. Buutttt.... I wanted to just change one thing. Ren died! From the beginning I wanted to throw Shay out the window! I am team ren all the way! Ever since calla left him for Shay. The author took the easy way out by making him die. I was ready to cry!Nightshade books
5By Wolf 102These are the best, mist thrilling, kinda sad,and adventurous books I have ever read and if your reading this you should get them. You won't regret it :)Awesome...again!
5By OzzyOsbourne's#1fanI love this series soooo much!!!! And, how could you hate Shay?!! He's awesome! He loves Calla. I'm sorry but he just fits Calla more than Ren does. Ren was just so over-protective he may as well have owned her. Anyway, great book! I can't wait to read "Rift."How dare you?!
2By Tootsietini4How could you kill off my favorite character?! I hate Shay and I always will! From the first book Shay ruined it and I wanted to stop reading but I promised my friend that I would finish it... If I thought the series couldn't get any worse. The third book proved it could.Absolutely loved it to the end
5By Yuukan121I was automatically sucked into the series from the begging I couldn't stop reading and when I didn't have the next book I re read the last one i loved the action and the romance was pretty nice like how ah actually included a gay couple and is actually realistic favorite series ever though I was a bit disappointed with the endingMy love of this series slowly diminished
1By Student223Ok so this is just my personal opinion... I really loved nightshade like I read it within hours! I thought the nightshade series was going to be my favorite, but in reality it just turned out to be a disappointment. From the issues with ren vs. shay and the horrible ending of this book I couldn't take it. I felt like the author wanted the book to be realistic no "happy endings" just like in life, but all I really got was her taking away the world she created then trying to explain why she did it with a half-assed happy ending. She killed a key character (who I was truly rooting for) and took away the main characters voice, only letting a character we see briefly give us readers, a "well-being" check on the wolf pack we used to know. I just felt that the storyline started to lose focus (for me) and drifted to a lot of different aspects of their world, straying from what really got you hooked on the series initially in the first place.
