I stumbled on this series after reading the all souls trilogy and it was a welcome find! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the character development, plot, and overall story. I found myself laughing at some of the dialogue realizing I was totally drawn into the story. I look forward to reading more from this author

I have read all of the Elemental Mysteries ..they drew me in one by one...knowing this is a vampire story was just a small part of these stories..what tore at me was the love story..more than a love story..it was something you wished you had..the feeling of the one you love the one you wanted to spend eternity with...Oh how I wish they made a movie of these books...but for now I will have to keep them near!! GREAT READ...even more than one time..

The Elemental Mysteries is the best series of books I have read in a loooong time! Thank you Ms. Hunter for the many hours of pure enjoyment and for sharing your heart and soul in these books. A New Fan, Kathy B. P.S. I will now have the pleasure of taking the journey all over again when I read them to my husband. This type of genre is usually not his style, but something tells me he will enjoy them as much as I did! Thanks again.

In one week I have read all four books! Ravishing, Riveting, Sensual, Amusing, and Loving are just a few words that come to mind that describe my reading experience. I was so deeply enthralled with the story line I all but forgot where i was and when it was,LOL! And the characters...OMG...I'm in love with them all! I'm a fan of the vampiric sorts, but the elemental spin on the tale was (as B would describe it) AWSOME! Elizabeth, the way you personified the passionate relationship of Beatrice and Gio and everyone's love and loyalty to them gave me a sense of...longing. I mean I had to question if there is such undying love. Thank you for renewing my love of reading. It has been long forgotten how exciting it is to lose ones self in a good book, or four :), and dream and laugh and enjoy life. Thank you!

This is one of the best series I've ever had the pleasure to read (and a read about a book a day). I've just finished this series and I'm already planning to start it again tomorrow. I waiting with baited breath for the next books to come out. But it's not just the wonderful tapestry she weaves with her characters' lives to create beautiful images and stories, but the smooth and easily understandable writing method the pulls you and and makes you want to read "just one more chapter". Before you know it, it's 5:00 am, a new day and just in time to dive into the next book in the series. I'm recommending this author's excellent works to everyone I know!!!
  • Can't put it down!

Long before Twilight was all the rage I have been a vampire fan. Anne Rice is one of my favorite authors and I have been long searching for others like her. I will rarely pay for books online and choose authors who offer one book free to see if the writing style they offer is something I am interested in. I have found several including Joleene Naylor, A.M. Hudson and others. All of the stories have the romance aspect and are well written, but this particular set of books are extremely different. There is a mystery/intrigue aspect to them that I found fascinating and which also made them very hard to put down. You should be very proud of this series as it is becoming increasingly difficult to come up with an original vampire story. If you are looking for a different type of vampire and a science aspect with intrigue, look no further!
