    GREAT book! I am a terrible cook in general, and even more so when trying to make something tasty AND healthy. I was absolutely that person that just ate plain brown rice, chicken breast, and broccoli everyday with no variety and found myself miserable all the time! This book couldn't have been more perfect. Quick and EASY to understand recipes. Awesome read.
