5By KatHHHH1234I could not put Book 1 down, and now, have finished Book 2. The half-Orc brothers feel very real, their pain, suffering, and love. I cried and laughed with them. Yes, this is a dark story, but well worth the read. Some parts are hard to bear....the children. Ahh. But it is all part of what makes each character strong or weak. Well met!Not great

5By GriffBoomAnother outstanding reading experience provided by David Dalglish. Cannot get enough of these and they are a treasure to read. The novel takes you somewhere and seeing it in my head is not the challenge that so many other authors have difficulty overcoming. The book paints a windfall series of images and hous go by as I can lose myself reading it again & again. I look forward to continuing the series and whatever MORE Mr D can provide to feed my minds eye.
