Description

For as long as she can remember, Wren Gray's goal has been to please her parents. But as high school graduation nears, so does an uncomfortable realization: Pleasing her parents once overlapped with pleasing herself, but now . . . not so much. Wren needs to honor her own desires, but how can she if she doesn't even know what they are? Charlie Parker, on the other hand, is painfully aware of his heart's desire. A gentle boy with a troubled past, Charlie has loved Wren since the day he first saw her. But a girl like Wren would never fall for a guy like Charlie--at least not the sort of guy Charlie believes himself to be. And yet certain things are written in the stars. And in the summer after high school, Wren and Charlie's souls will collide. But souls are complicated, as are the bodies that house them . . . Sexy, romantic, and oh-so-true to life, this is an unforgettable look at first love from one of young adult fiction's greatest writers.

This book maybe inappropriate but I love how it's so real. It's not magical, theirs no wands, theirs no happy ending...theirs the truth and I love it ! Hoping there would be a second book soon !
  • Fifty shades of gray for teens?

The book starts off as innocent and cute. You really get invested in the love story between Wren and Charlie. But as I read a few pages in things got... Weird. I mean I don't mind people having sex, but why the super detailed lengthy description? And after they do it, that's all it talks about is sex. I would suggest this to any lover of fifty shades of gray. And this is a warning for anybody who thinks it's a conflicted but cute love story...

I really enjoyed reading this book, I couldn't put it down until I finished. I do wish the author wrote more
  • Too short.

Lauren did indeed write a story with all her heart and you can tell she put a lot of thought into this book. My problem is the story is way too short & Charlie and Wren's love is written in such an abrupt manner. I just wish Myracle would've made this great story longer.

One of the best books I've ever read. It's full of the raw emotion everyone wants to experience. It's a book that makes readers believe that love really can exist. Amazing.
