Plot line was a bit unexpected?

The onomatopoeia’s are great for my education and I like the details in your book and pictures!!!

It was a good book, it just needed a bit more action. I wish I could’ve seen more of robin, Red Robin, and nightwing. Really the only time nightwing was in costume was when Batman questioned him about John Doe. And we need more background on the Talon

Perfect for reading

Scott Snyder & Greg Capullo did a great job with these series. Going to the Batman's Detective roots, as well as Gotham. Once you read this, it's hard to stop reading the rest of the series. Consider yourself warned! 4-stars because occasionally the artist will change for 3-4 pages and it's very jarring.

Great comic! Thoroughly entertaining read! Has some mild language though.

Excellent and chilling! Explains why economic development and city improvements are slow moving and they are usually steered by a small select group attending endless functions! Loved the factual info on owls that we learned at camp, years ago, gives me goosebumps just thinking of all the old abandoned buildings! Excellently executed! Story graphics and I am not a comic book fan, until now! Thank you! Susan Duke

This was the first Batman comic I’ve ever read… this read drew me into DC comics We’ll just say I have read a lot since and this is up at the top of the list with all the classics: Dark Night Returns, Year One, Killing Joke, Hush, etc

A great story and art, but so much of the potential found in iBooks is missing. For example, it's nice that reading on an iPad allows zooming in on the art. But the main reason for doing so is that the dialog is so tiny that it's illegible! Why doesn't DC format the iBook so that portrait reading shows only one page instead of a two-page spread? Why not offer some animation for the pages that show the inked artwork before it is colored. In other words, show the whole creative process?
