A SEXY, SNARKY-SWEET ROMANCE from New York Times Bestseller MIMI JEAN PAMFILOFF

WHY ARE WOMEN SECRETLY FLOCKING TO THE HAPPY PANTS CAFÉ?
The Happy Pants Café has no public information—no website, no address, no phone number—and it doesn’t show up on any map, either. Yet, there’s a line of single women around the block, waiting to get inside. And when they come out, their smiling faces don’t look like coffee buzzes. (Or afterglows.)

So what could they possibly be doing inside?

Harper Branton thinks she knows their dirty little secret, and it’s just the story to save her mess of a journalistic career. There’s just one problem: her competition. He’s sexy, he’s arrogant, and he’s about turn Harper’s life upside down with a few secrets of his own.

NOTE: Stand-alone Story

The story was ridiculous. The characters were not likeable or believable. I can't believe I read the whole thing. What a waste. Don't make the same mistake I did.
  • Harper is too childish!

I can't believe Harper is so ridiculous. I could not make it past chapter two. She is so childish. Ridiculous. I had to stop. I'll just be angry in the end because I wasted time reading it. Not for me.

Cute story and you could say a second chance love story. Two childhood friends have not seen each other in 19 years until they run into each other when they are trying to get a story. Only they have changed and do not recognize each other. Once they find out who they are they have a love hate type of relationship that is very competitive. Now add in a cookie and some medaling people to try and keep them part. Good 3.5 read.
