I love Erica Ridley storytelling she bring to life her imagination to entertain us. The storyline is Fascinating, Engaging, Witty, Well written and so real like. Her characters make you laugh and give you a inside view of the English Lords and Ladies troubles and fashion , funny, their clothing and their everyday lives. Ms Ridley is a excellent, talented, imaginative writer and I love reading her books. I rate this book Five Stars. The Major's Faux Fiancée:Book4 by Erica Ridley Four left for war only three made it home and each had their own devil to bare and mistakenly thought to do it alone. Only there are some ladies who are determined to share it. Major Bartholomew Blackpool came home a broken changed man. He lost his twin brother and his lower leg. He thinks no one can stand to look at him because of his leg. So he has no wish to be out in the Ton so he has all of his corespondent destroyed in the fire. But his butler is even more determined to get him involved. Daphne Vaughan is desperate for someone to help her. Her Guardian is determine she be married or to have her committed within in forenight. So she writes to a childhood friend in hopes he will help her. The fourth book is a awesome addition to this series. This is a funny heart warming story. One that once you start to read you can't put it away until you have read it from start to finish. You will be laughing so hard it will make your stomach hurt. I am so excitied I'm can't hardly wait for the next book in the series.
