5By seggueThese characters are so well fleshed out that you think “my friend Sam or Susie or who knows are just like that guy or gal (in the book) ! This is such a fun book to read with a little mystery thrown in. I really recommend this book. I am new to this author but plan to read more work by her.Couldn’t put it down!
5By LinlumorInteresting story and relatable characters draw you in. Could almost visualize Mule Hollow as I pass similar towns on my way to visiting family in my hometown of San Angelo, which is mentioned in this book. Loved it!Not awful
2By SoFlo-YoThis book was an ok read but the main female character (Lacy) got to the point that she was an absolute annoyance. Towards the end of the book she became a stereotype; a woman who can’t shut up and a liability...The Best!!!

I would say that this one is my favorite but every book that I have ever read by her is a favorite! Debra Clopton creates characters that you will fall in love with and root beyond the last page and to the next book in the series. I look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series and every other series she has created and will create!!!Sweet and Hilarious
