Mitch Rapp, the CIA’s top operative, searches for a high-level mole with the power to rewrite the world order in this riveting thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author Vince Flynn, written by Kyle Mills.

Mitch Rapp has worked for a number of presidents over his career, but Anthony Cook is unlike any he’s encountered before. Cunning and autocratic, he feels no loyalty to America’s institutions and is distrustful of the influence Rapp and CIA director Irene Kennedy have in Washington.

When Kennedy discovers evidence of a mole scouring the Agency’s database for sensitive information on Nicholas Ward, the world’s first trillionaire, she assigns Rapp the task of protecting him. In doing so, he finds himself walking an impossible tightrope: Keep the man alive, but also use him as bait to uncover a traitor who has seemingly unlimited access to government secrets.

As the attacks on Ward become increasingly dire, Rapp and Kennedy are dragged into a world where the lines between governments, multinational corporations, and the hyper-wealthy fade. An environment in which liberty, nationality, and loyalty are meaningless. Only the pursuit of power remains.

As “one of the best thriller writers on the planet” (The Real Book Spy), Kyle Mills has created another suspenseful read that not only echoes the America of today, but also offers a glimpse into its possible future.

    Not his best effort
  • Great read

    Another great mitch novel
  • You can’t be serious

The only thing that would have saved this book would have been Mike Nash taking out the former Governor of the People’s Republic of California and Mitch feeding the President’s wife to his dogs.
  • Worse book

    By K.Byer
ThIs drivel was pure trash, everyone who spent on this needs a refund and a check for the time wasted reading it. Pure and utter garbage, made me rethink reading books altogether. The plot twist was nonsense at a minimum, Mike Nash? For a promotion? Either put the work in Kyle or don’t but we the readers and faithful fans deserved better than this!
  • Outstanding continuation of the Mitch Rapp series

I have been a big fan of Vince Flynn since the first book American Assassin and read every book since. Enemy at the Gates was a great read but the ending was heavy. Please enlighten me as to how long do I have to wait for the next book. Enjoy your Holidays Mr. Mills!
  • Very typical Mitch

    By jpbreno
The detail and understanding of the spy world is great. I hope the world is fairer than portrayed.
  • Missing the action I typically like in a Mitch Rapp series

…was a little too heavy in the semantics of an ever changing geopolitical landscape. Call me a caveman, but I prefer reading about Mitch doing bada$$ things instead.
  • Welcome Back!

It was good to see the Mitch Rapp and crew I remembered. I do believe our author has settled in.
  • Ending sucked!

The book was good, one of the best since Vince Flynn died. That is, it was good until the end. It’s hard to explain without spoiling it for everyone. First, the plot twist sucked, big time! Second, it’s like they reached the word limit and said this is it. This is where it ends. Just abrupt! And the editor(s) said this will do. There wasn’t even a cliffhanger or a tease if the plan is to write another book following this story. It’s like a joke without the punch line.
