This book is interesting and compelling. However, just as the last book I read it ends abruptly. The closing sequence becomes very contrived and appears to be forced to conclusion prematurely.

I personally loved this book. It is a well crafted read that keeps you on the edge about what might happen next. If you are looking for a great sci-fi book that truly breaks the typical mold, this one is for you.

I have read about 75% of robin cook's books which are exhilarating and also informative. This was neither. The ending was quite funny but lacked the author's usual fascination with confusing us with details and providing us with multiple scenarios as to how the book would end. If you want a quick read with superficial, nit-witted characters and a book without much expectation for a good read this one's for you. Mr Cook and the powers that be released the book without much forethought into appeasing and challenging the avid robin cook reader.
