The Last Letter from Your Lover
By Jojo Moyes
From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of The Giver of Stars, a sophisticated, page-turning double love story spanning forty years and an unforgettable Brief Encounter for our times
It is 1960. When Jennifer Stirling wakes up in the hospital, she can remember nothing-not the tragic car accident that put her there, not her husband, not even who she is. She feels like a stranger in her own life until she stumbles upon an impassioned letter, signed simply "B", asking her to leave her husband.
Years later, in 2003, a journalist named Ellie discovers the same enigmatic letter in a forgotten file in her newspaper's archives. She becomes obsessed by the story and hopeful that it can resurrect her faltering career. Perhaps if these lovers had a happy ending she will find one to her own complicated love life, too. Ellie's search will rewrite history and help her see the truth about her own modern romance.
A spellbinding, intoxicating love story with a knockout ending, The Last Letter from Your Lover will appeal to the readers who have made One Day and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society bestsellers.

The Last LetterFrom Your Lover5By Mcb717Another one of JoJo’s wonderfully written books. So many twists and turns giving us a look at life and love I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Excellent reading!5By Very fun game.......Rarely do I find a book that I thoroughly enjoy cover to cover... this is one of those few! It was very enjoyable and unpredictably enough (my usual biggest gripe) to keep me interested. A great read!
Love, love, love!!!5By Gator_momI love this story!!! I never write reviews, but this author is amazing.
Completely Pulled Me In5By Toni FGMAMTCThis novel is mostly written in the past, during a time when women were expected to keep the house and let the man be the head of it. On the outside, it looks as if Jennifer has the perfect life. She’s married to a wealthy man and has a beautiful house. She keeps up appearances, but what she really wants is to feel loved and share closeness with a man. She’s growing tired of material things. Warning, there are several cases of cheating and affairs from several of the characters. This is a tale of missed opportunities, circumstance, love letters and serendipity.

Didn't enjoy it as much as her other books3By BPF72This is the 4th book I've read by this author and it was my least favorite. I felt like the book dragged on in certain parts and was a little repetitive. I didn't find myself rooting for the characters and wasn't fond of Ellie at all. I enjoyed the first half more than the second - it's always fun to learn about a different time period. Overall not a great read, but not awful either.
Wonderful read!5By AP2407I just finished this book and honestly couldn't put it down! One of the best I've read in a while!
