Description

A music professor finds herself mixed up in a world of vampires, immortals, and humans with extraordinary gifts in this paranormal romance.

Once, Sarah Bingham’s biggest challenge was making her students pay attention in class. Now, after rescuing a wounded stranger, she’s landed in the middle of a battle between corrupt vampires and powerful immortals who also need blood to survive. Roland Warbrook is the most compelling man Sarah has ever laid hands on. But his desire for her is mingled with a hunger he can barely control…

In his nine centuries of immortal existence, no woman has tempted Roland as much as Sarah. But asking her to love him is impossible—when it means forfeiting the world she’s always known, and the life he would do anything to protect…

This is not a great love story or supernatural story. The author told a greater story infusing her dietary beliefs than those of the characters. The distinctions between immortals vs. vampires what a convoluted, tangled, confusing story line.

The book was an interesting take of the classic and over played vampire fiction novels I just can't seem to resist.

There is noting like love . I feel it everyday and loves how it reminds me of it. I wish Roland talked to that guy. In the guy to avenge his sister death. And for them to have a baby.

It has been such a long time since I was so engrossed with a book. This book reminded of the feeling i had when I first read a Christine Feehan book or my first Sherrilyn Kenyon. I am ecstatically happy to have found a new author with a marvelous talent for creating amazing stories. Stories that have interesting plots and twists that will makes you hungry to read her next book!
