Application to this court by order to show cause upon the relation of Loren C. Kienlen for a writ of prohibition to prevent the district court for Sibley county, Joseph J. Moriarty, Judge, and others from taking any further action in the matter of an order issued by said court upon the petition of Earl and Martha Meyer, the maternal grandparents of relators minor son, requiring relator to show cause why the prior order and decree of said court should not be modified so as to grant custody of the child to the grandparents; why relator should not be held in contempt for failure to pay $25 per month for the childs support; and why he should not deliver the child to the grandparents or to the sheriff of the county.
