Description
This is an appeal from appellants concurrent sentences for four counts of intrafamilial sexual abuse in the first degree. Appellant claims (1) the trial court abused its discretion by utilizing the Hernandez method of sentencing, and (2) the trial court acted improperly by refusing to depart dispositionally from the presumptive sentence and grant appellant a stayed sentence. We affirm.
