Description

From New York Times bestselling author Chanda Hahn comes a new supernatural mystery series. A thrilling combination of Nancy Drew and the Vampire Academy.

Seventeen-year-old Everly Hart became a "griever" the day she witnessed a tragic death. Imbued with a second sight, she can now see what others cannot—supernatural creatures called grimms.

Then she receives an invitation from the Grimm Society to attend Gravemark, an exclusive school where grievers are trained to track and reap grimms. Everly thought navigating high school and dating was tough, but now her school assignments can kill her.

As victims pile up, Everly must put her investigative skills to the test and hunt the latest grimm serial killer, proving that not all princes are charming, and not all fairy tales have happy endings.

Can Everly solve the case, or will she be the latest griever to become grimm bait?

This book is amazing, it only took me two nights to read and I couldn’t put it down! This author is amazing and I love all her books but I think this might be the best series yet! I can’t wait for the next book!

I'm really excited for the next book in this new series. I really like the main character, Everly, and can't wait to see how her skill progress in future books. In typical Chanda Hahn fashion, we get two great male leads to catch Everly's interest, the off-limits brother of her best friend, and the cocky, yet vulnerable, student assigned to help train her. I like the mystery that went along with this book, trying to figure out who or what was responsible for the deaths of citizens of their small town.

Chanda Hahn did it again! I loved this book so much! It’s a little different from her last book series but so action packed and kept me on the edge of my seat! I could not put this book down! It reminds me of a Nancy Drew book mixed with the fantasy style Chanda Hahn is known for! I cannot wait for the other books to come out! This just might be her best series yet!!

l've read most, if not all of Chanda's books and found the book interesting and a quick read. I'm excited to see what she has in store for the rest of the series.

I have read almost every Chanda Hahn book. This was one of her better newer series. I felt some parts went too slow and some too fast. Overall, this is a solid start to the series. Genre: YA, paranormal, mystery

I really like Chanda’s books, and this is another hit. There is enough mystery and intrigue to keep turning the page, and with a tad bit of love thrown in too. Definitely enjoyed and hope there will be others in this series.

I love a good murder mystery as much as the next person but throw in a touch of the supernatural and I. AM. HOOKED! Hahn introduces us to an entirely new series filled with twists and turns that held me on the edge of my seat throughout the book. I was so deeply immersed in Everly’s world that I absolutely could not put this book down. What can I say, Hahn really knocked it out of the park… again!
  • It's a must read!

If you enjoyed watching Netflix's show Wednesday even a little bit, then you will thoroughly enjoy this story. It has enough twists to keep it from being too predictable, and the story keeps you on the edge of your seat with the whodunit mystery aspect of it. I can not wait to see where the rest of the series goes as more books come out. I wanted to take my time reading this book, but it was too good and I read it in a single day.
