Storyline....Great start...bad finish
2By SMHartAlex214Well where do I start??..... I bought the boxed set ( that really could've just been one book). Book one was great. I love the authors writing style cuz I laughed a lot. Book 2 threw me for a loop but I adapted and eventually liked it (until the end)... Then book number three shattered my faith. The characters went from highly respected to just plain stupid. The twist was unbelievable and when the worst possible think that could've happened did happen....well I stopped reading to write this cuz I needed a minute to vent. I'm going to finish it but I'm beyond irritated with the irritating n disgusting BS storyline....and the nerve for it to be continued in Brian's story. I'll passNice Girl Trilogy boxed set- super amazing stories!!
5By NewberrydI love Violet Duke's books!! Amazing stories that make you laugh, swoon, and cry a little. After reading them for the third time I was inspired to write a review. Book one is the story of Abby & Connor. It revels the hidden niceness of Connor Sullivan, and the chosen to be niceness of Abby Bartlett. She has a positive spirit that shows in her outlook on life and the way she chooses to live. Conner hides his nice nature under the guis of a ruthless lawyer, which he is also. I enjoyed the fun that they had together, and the hot scenes were steamy and swoon worthy. Book two is Abby & Brian's story. Best friends since college, a year after Brian's wife passed away from a long terminal illness, they decide to see where their relationship can go. The love is strong between them and Brian's daughter Skylar is a factor as well. So romantic, so caring, so loving a relationship. Book three brings an ending to the who will Abby pick saga. So many mixed emotions and an unforgettable romance story as well. If Brian and Connor weren't brothers it might have mad her choice easier, or maybe she wouldn't have mad the choice she did. The sideline story of their parents relationship adds an element of depth to all of the characters. Loved how it all works together. Knowing in advance that the stories were part of a set, I prefer to have them together. I recommend reading them in order to fully understand the characters and their entwined relationships.You'll Read It Again.

2By Sasha's First Born!I had a hard time reading all 3 books. The main female character is hard to get along with.... She literally slept with BOTH brothers!! It was disgusting.... It was like she was being passed around between brothers... Ewww! I couldn't even read the entire 3rd book. The books should have focused on Abby and Connor and left Brian out of it!Nice Girl Trilogy

After reading the first free book I bought (and have read) the full Trilogy, then Book 4, Impulse, and 3 of the follow up Cactus Series.... WOW, NEED I SAY MORE? I highly suggest you try Violet Duke's books.Loved this series!

Conner is a bad boy who doesn't do relationships and Abby is funny and sexy and sure of herself. They meet, again, and they have instant chemistry. The dialog is so great that you laugh out loud and you really connect with the characters. It's not the same old story of boy meets girl, they fall in love, he messes it up then begs her to come back and HEA. Nope. But it's a must read! Falling for the Good Guy Loved it. I couldn't wait to read book 2!! I didn't think I was going to like Brian (I'm totally team Connor) but you can't help but love him. He's sweet and nice and hot and sexy too! Add in the daughter and he's hard to resist. Again, the writing is great and the dialog witty and believable. I was happy that Conner was in this book as well. I found myself laughing out loud and tearing up. Great read! Don't miss out! And, you won't be able to wait for the next one! Choosing the Right Man I have been torn with who Abby should pick. Yes, I have a favorite, but they often don't choose mine. This time is ended the way it was supposed to end. Yay! This is a wonderful ending to the series. It's well written, witty, emotional and just great!I wish it never ended!
