5By ipod geekI never saw the movie. I only heard bits of this book which made me not even bother with it. I saw it was free, and decided to read it. I throughly enjoyed it. I had no idea how it was going to go. Reminds me of other movies since that obviously used this for inspiration. I should've read it sooner.Oh the typos!

5By Garbo SinghHighly recommended for those who love romances with a chilly atmosphere!!! As well , you will get to know a lot more about that society where impoverished used to be neglected…..The Great Gatsby
5By shepp999I hadn’t read it in many years. The language is remarkable and at times beautiful even when the story itself isn’t. It’s poignant. It’s so tied to its time but universal, too. I’m so glad I read it!A Thought -provoking read

5By skdjdidndnxIn my younger and more vulnerable years, I read this book and was very confused at the ending. I thought it was just really sad that nobody came to his funeral. I still loved it. But the second time around, I finally understood the plot twist and it was way better. The writing is just wow and just flows. And it’s a short read, so don’t be intimidated.Confusing
4By Amanda J. GreenI got lost at some bits of this book and had to re-read a couple of chapters. Still, beautifully written and clever.5/5
4By Dylan MTDefinitely a classic. I loved this book, and I enjoyed the diction in this book, but the long unnecessary imagery and describing was tedious. I will admit it is an overrated book, and the characters seemed shallow, naive, and completely unrelatable. It was hard to understand why they were so madly in love, making it harder to sympathize with Jay.nothing but love!!!
5By sum booksthis is one of my favorite books ever! i’m just obsessed with the way fitzgerald writes. i especially loved the ending of the book, it’s completely hypnotizing! with all the drama it basically turns into a train wreck that’s impossible to look away from!
