5By Ashley🧚🏼♂️🧚🏼♂️If I haven’t said it before I will say it now- T.L. Smith is a genius!! She writes deeply emotional stories with dark undertones within them. Kandi and Huxley are both separately fantastic characters, but when you put them together they are phenomenal. She is sassy and a little unique and she has had her fair share of heartbreak. He is broody, controlling and dominate. They have an undeniable sexual chemistry that set the pages on fire. Just when you think you have it figured out- plot twist. This story captivated me from the prologue, I couldn’t put it down. I highly recommend this book!!
