5By Scott_A_Miller5 Stars. Surprisingly, this is my favorite Connelly book so far. Don’t get me wrong, they have all been pretty great so far but this one stands out. It also makes me realize how late to the Bosch Universe party that I am. The entire cast of characters were remarkable. The mystery had me completely fooled. King was right, the evil was horrific. It was a thriller that didn’t have the requisite unbelievable escapes, they all made sense. What a read. If you haven’t, read it when you’re finished with whatever you’re reading now. Wow.Read only if you truly love horror
