The truth of this story is the truth we all must remember about life. In the end, it is only about love. Who you loved and who chose to love you!Excellent.

I couldn’t put either down, but The Women was a phenomenal, compelling story that also taught interesting history. I cannot wait to read the next book! Cheers!Loved this!

2By phmokdaI am a big fan of the author having read three of her books. I could not make it more than 1/4 way through this one. The husband’s coma vigil quickly wears thin with little else to move the story along. Eventually I stopped reading because I didn’t care if his wife woke up. When the story evokes that kind of reaction in me it’s time to stop reading. And who names their kid Bretster? I choked every time I read the name. Sorry. Not for me.Angel Falls

4By retiredreaderHannah is one of my favorite authors, and I was surprised to find a book I had not read. Most of the characters were believable and the plot was engaging with a valuable lesson to contemplate. It especially spoke to me as I had had a similar experience with a first love. The book got 4 stars rather than the usual 5 because of the Rosa character. Addressing her son-in-law as " Dr. Liam" is ludicrous, plus there is no way they would have allowed her to live in apparent poverty, working two jobs, no matter how insistent she was to be independent. So, that was a distraction, but I loved the book anyway.Wonderful Read
