Liam was a well written story with plenty of emotional angst to entice and entertain. I loved the characters. I loved the drama and the dark, dangerousc world surrounding them. I loved how the author added the supporting cast - some familiar, some new - to create a beautifully crafted story. I loved it and can’t wait to read the next book.

If you're a fan of over the top heroes, Liam is definitely the guy for you too :) Liam has it all: a great storyline, lots of action, and a good little twist. I always enjoy unusual pairings and a grumpy mobster with a goth/emo hacker girl definitely checked that box. The verbal sparring between the two of them fantastic and I loved how Imogen likes to push his buttons. She completely fascinates Liam, who is used to women fawning over him. You know he's got that extra something when Imogen's dressing down of him is what hooks him into believing he wants to keep her - whether she wants it or not, lol 🤷🏻‍♀️. Super fast paced with great smexy times. Just an all around great read and definitely my favorite of the series so far. Liam is the second book in the Dublin Kings series by LK Shaw and can be read as a standalone, but best enjoyed when read in series order. The story is told in first person, from dual perspective.

Liam’s story might just be one of my favorites. Of course he’s rough and demanding but that’s all he’s ever known. He’s determined to be king and doesn’t really care about much else. Imogen was strong and I absolutely loved how she didn’t take Liam’s commands and stands on her own. She becomes his obsession and their story is just too good. Suspense, danger and so much more!
