An instant New York Times bestseller!

The new gripping novel from the New York Times bestselling author of The Couple Next Door
When a beloved wife and mother disappears, a luxurious condo building transforms into a potential crime scene, and the investigation begins: can the detectives find her before it's too late?
Bryden and Sam have it all: thriving careers, a smart apartment in a luxury condominium, supportive friends and a cherished daughter. The perfect life for the perfect couple.
Then Sam receives a call at his office. Bryden – working from home that day – has failed to collect their daughter from daycare. Arriving home with their little girl, he finds his wife’s car in the underground garage. Upstairs in their apartment her laptop is open on the table, her cell phone nearby, her keys in their usual place in the hall.
Except Bryden is nowhere to be seen. It’s as if she just walked out.
How can she have disappeared from her own home? And did she even leave the building at all?
With every minute that passes – and as questions swirl around their community – Bryden and Sam’s past seems a little less perfect, their condominium less safe, their friends, neighbors and relatives no longer quite so reliable . . .

5By Jodidez1I literally couldn’t put it down. I couldn’t figure out who did it, husband, sister or best friend. Every night I finished reading I thought I had it figured out, so good! Can’t wait for the next read!Whodunnit who cares
1By TaylorAce2012Absolutely nothing and I mean nothing happens to advance the plot until the last 50 or so pages of the book. The characters are painfully uninteresting. There’s a few different people with motivate and opportunity but I found myself thinking I just truly did not care who did it. The twists weren’t twisty or interesting. Only read if you read to fall asleep. The opposite of a page turner.Do not waste your time
1By Kman11;1Very boring. Absolutely no suspense. Could have been written by a middle schooler.Like it a lot

1By Frannie2014Decent who done it until the end. Extremely weak ending and disappointed that I bought the bookShe didn’t see it coming
4By brookseaA little hard to believe.Good until the end…
3By Lore PalliGood though it dragged a bit. Then it just sped up too quickly and ended with too many loose ends… i feel like i was watching a series that got cancelled abruptly. Still an entertaining read, just wished it didn’t have so many random storylines that didn’t go anywhere.Irresistible Page Turner
