The style of the book can be as slow as a walking meditation, sometimes like a small stream babbling, bringing the reader into a state of stillness to listen to his own heart. I write with the sincerity of someone learning to understand himself, not with the ambition to explain or persuade. What is conveyed here is not “absolute truth”, but just fragments of thoughts assembled from personal experiences. They may be simple and small, but I believe that if shared with all my heart, those thoughts will also touch the reader’s heart.
