World War II

This is the fifth interactive ebook of a series on modern world history for high school students and teachers. This volume focuses on World War II, including sections on causes of the war, warfare, propaganda, and the legacy. Unlike almost all textbooks, high school teachers wrote, designed, edited, and published this text to engage students in an in-depth analysis of the story of modern world history.

We will continue to revise and update the books. The next volume will be on the Rise and Fall of Communism in the Soviet Union and China and will be complete in January 2015. The last volume on the Contemporary World will be published in 2016.
