5By HAH1DloverLoved this bookReally???!!!!
4By Sarah887887678The ending to this book. Oh my ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. So irritating. Really Cassandra ????? Are you trying to make me depressed???Could鈥檝e been better!
2By Aria1119I totally love CC鈥檚 shadow hunter stories, but I felt that this book was just so, how do I say it, blah! At times I felt like the main character鈥檚 infatuation with each other was emphasized too much. It made it seem like lust rather than love. It was very hard to keep interest.. This series is falling short from how well she can write and that鈥檚 saying a lot because I loved her last shadow hunter series! I鈥檓 starting to think twice about even starting the 3rd book..Very good
4By reesehawyeeIt was a very good book, but there was a sort of slow chunk in the middle that took me a while to get through.Half a story. Save your money for a full book.
1By This GalFor the cost of this book you鈥檙e going to get half a story. This ends in a cliff hanger.Just a bunch of babysitting and rubbish
2By ClayboiiI just loved the mortal instruments, and the infernal devices, all brilliant. However I had to force myself to read this book and lady midnight. I feel like it was just a smash of all the characters.... and to much children and everyone did nothing but babysit.Amazing
5By TfyotcotThis book is amazing from its happy laughs to its desperate sobs. The writing really touches your heart in so many ways and I really recommend reading it.5/5
5By twa buddyCasandra has outdone herself again, seamlessly combining romance with adventure for one of the best in the tales of the shadow huntersLady Midnight! Absolutely love this book....
5By StacySmith1226I love Cassandra Clare鈥檚 book and the entire series.Eh
3By MercedesLicerioThe first book itself wasn鈥檛 that great, and I didn鈥檛 expect this one to be any better. I kept an open mind, but it was hard not to compare it to the previous series Cassandra Clare wrote. The best!!!!
5By TrevnekomeowShe creates such an expansive universe, I just want to invest my time in it! The vocabulary is lovely, too. I find myself learning a new word or two every chapter. Clare is amazing at painting pictures, for beautiful or for heart wrenchingAmazing.
5By ilovewhydontweThis book is absolutely amazing :)A true literary masterpiece
5By Miss viperI truly loved lord of shadows I thought it was excellently written and I was hesitant to read it because I was confused about what she would make a sequel about since lady midnight was so action packed but I have to admit lord of shadows gives lady midnight a run for her money. I would recommend it but for a little older audience.Speechless ending
5By MadisonMaurineLoved this book. Everything Cassandra writes is pure gold. Loved this book so much. With the heartbreaking cliffhanger and the end, I cannot wait to read the next book. This whole book was amazing, I don't want to spoil too much but it's a definite book you need to read.So good
5By Freedomcast StudiosI could not stop reading this bookAmazing page turner
5By ddestefThis book is amazing. I couldn't put it down and finished it in two days. As with all of her other books, despite the fact that she uses a lot of common supernatural elements, she's created a totally unique and enthralling world unlike any other. Maybe it's because this book is so new, but I've read and reread all of the Mortal Instruments books and so far I would say that the Dark Artifices are as good if not better, which surprised me. I also like that it explores the world of Faerie and focuses on the Fae which were definitely the least explored race in the Mortal Instruments. It did end on a sad note which I'm still upset about... If I had to give a criticism I would say that it's so hard to put down that it can totally distract you from the rest of your life, which actually may or may not be a good thing person to person.First book
5By PqstraubGREAT!!!!!!I loved this book!
5By ThreemmmsI have read all of the Shadowhunter books. I have loved all of them. I hated finishing this book because I knew it would be a long time till I got to read the next one. Guess I will just have to re-read the older ones, again!
