The whole trilogy is beautiful, poetic, unique, and even funny at times.Why don’t they give you the choice to rate this 99999999 stars?

I was recommended this book to get out of my reading slump. I have not heard a lot of negative reviews on this book .If I had read this book years ago when I was into more fantasy, vampires, monsters, witches, etc. I think I would’ve enjoyed this a lot more. This book had a lot of your typical YA fantasy tropes. I find this too cliché now to enjoy it unfortunately.I like this book when I first started but as it progressed I found myself getting kind of bored and skimming through it. I am definitely over the vampire hype. Not sure if I will continue the series.Gorgeouseeeee
